How to deal with, If the item you received is defective?

We are sorry that the item is defective. We will sort it out actively but we also need your help.

First: If the item is defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

Second: Please take the picture of the item which is defective, and send a pic to our e-mail.
Pls, note your order number and item number on e-mail, so that we could feedback to our QC Director.
And we will add a new one to your next order for free after the verification.

Third: All items must be returned in their original condition, in order to qualify for a refund or exchange of goods.
The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred. But in order to compensate for the loss of customers.
After evaluation, we will offer you some discount on the next order.

Refund will be released within 5-10 working days after we received the package.
Please leave a note inside the package, remark order number, so that we can know when we got it.
Pls, send us tracking info after you return, which is quite important. Without return info, there will be no refund.

1. Returns must be received in original condition, unused,  unwashed. Otherwise, returns will be subject to refusal.
2. Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt of goods for a full refund of the purchase price or exchange.
3. We do not accept the returned package without notifying us in advance. If you want to make a return,
please contact customer service and return to the address provided by customer service.
Usually don’t accept return/exchange if there is no quality problem.

About the size: we have a size chart on site, please take it for reference before shopping.
About material: we have a material description and real pic on site, please check before shopping.
If more information is needed, pls contact our customer service.
If the return is caused by the customer(Not fit size, don’t like color/material/style), the customer should be responsible for sending and returning the shipping fee.
